Imagine a residential complex where every space is thoughtfully designed to enhance light, air, and the way we live. That's exactly what Hugo Kohno Architect Associates achieved with Casa Legato, a stunning 11-unit maisonette project in Tokyo, Japan. The "Void Core" acts as a central conduit, channeling natural light and ventilation throughout the building. This core is surrounded by the "Space," the primary living area where residents spend most of their time. Finally, the "Case" envelops the entire structure, providing a protective shell that blends seamlessly into the urban landscape.
