Exciting Changes at the Watershed!
As of January 15, 2026, visitors to the Manchester Whitewater Park are in for a treat! The beloved Watershed has welcomed new ownership, with Cody Buss and his brother-in-law, TJ Sauser, stepping into the role previously held by Diane Ogden. This transition marks a significant moment for the community, as these new owners bring fresh energy and ideas to the venue.
Cody recently visited the KMCH studio, where he shared insights about their journey into this business. Interestingly, it was through Cody's side venture that he first connected with Diane, ultimately leading to this exciting opportunity.
In a thoughtful tribute, the duo has decided to retain the name "Watershed" to honor Diane's late husband, who was instrumental in establishing the venue years ago. While they plan to maintain the current services, they have some exciting expansions on the horizon that they can't wait to unveil.
One notable enhancement is the installation of a brand-new HVAC system, allowing the Watershed to be utilized for events even during the chilly winter months. For those interested in hosting an event, booking is incredibly easy—simply give Cody a call at 563-599-3844. As they embark on this new chapter, Cody mentions that they are in the process of developing their business further, which hints at even more improvements coming soon!
If you’re curious about what the Watershed has to offer or wish to book your own event, don’t hesitate to find them on Facebook by searching for "Watershed Manchester."
